CoraSuite operates on a monthly subscription model, and you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.
When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription, log into your CoraSuite account and navigate to the billing settings, or contact our support team at [email protected].
All digital products, including toolkits, templates, and courses, are non-refundable.
Since these products are delivered instantly upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Please review the product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, reach out to us before completing your order.
While we do not offer refunds in general, we understand that certain situations may require special attention:
If you were charged twice for the same product or subscription, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
If you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchased product, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to fix it, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

The email associated with your account
The product or subscription in question
The reason for your request
We aim to respond to all refund or cancellation requests within 2 business days.
